A deliciously rich sauce that can be used to drizzle over side dishes, dressings for salads, dipping for veggies or a sauce for noodles. Easily adjusted to suit your individual tastes.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Start this recipe with the lower amounts of each ingredient.  Take time to taste the sauce along the way and adjust the taste by adding little bits at a time.

Feel free to substitute fresh garlic and ginger if you have them on hand.  I wrote the recipe using the dry powders to make it easier but I often use fresh when I have them on hand.

If you make the sauce and have extra, it will keep in the refrigerator for a few days.  You may need to add more water if the sauce thickens.
