LEMON ICE SHANDY
A delicious scoop of tart, tangy and sweet lemon ice floating in a glass topped with a cold gluten free beer that will have you slurping the last drops wondering where it all went.

  1. Scoop 1/2 cup of the lemon ice or sorbet into 2 separate glasses.
  2. Gently pour half the bottle of beer into each glass. Tipping the glass helps to create less foam.

Although I have only committed to lemon flavor here, I'm certain that other flavors could also be substituted for the lemon ice.

I always like to serve my lemon ice shandies with a straw.
