EASIEST TEMPEH EVEH
Soy sauce (gluten free, vegan of course) transform tempeh into an "oh man, I just can't stop" kind of dish that takes only minutes to prepare. Uhh, yes please!

  1. Slice tempeh into small chunks.
  2. Add sliced tempeh and oil into a cast iron skillet on medium high heat.
  3. Keep an eye on the tempeh and start stirring when it starts to brown.
  4. When all pieces of tempeh are brown, add the 1/4 cup soy sauce.
  5. Cook the tempeh with soy sauce for a few more minutes until crunchy edges start to form.
Recipe Notes

*I like to cut the tempeh into bite size pieces for this recipe.  It allows for more crunchy edges.

*Be careful when adding the soy sauce, the pan will be very hot at this point and it is likely to splatter.  Wear an apron or be prepared for oil stains on your shirt!

*This is a great faux bacon recipe.  Perfect with a side of breakfast potatoes and fruit.

*If you don't have a cast iron pan, use any one you have.
