*I like to cut the tempeh into bite size pieces for this recipe. It allows for more crunchy edges.
*Be careful when adding the soy sauce, the pan will be very hot at this point and it is likely to splatter. Wear an apron or be prepared for oil stains on your shirt!
*This is a great faux bacon recipe. Perfect with a side of breakfast potatoes and fruit.
*If you don't have a cast iron pan, use any one you have.
