CABBAGE SLAW
This cabbage slaw provides the perfect tangy crunch atop any taco.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Shred or finely chop the cabbage and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the 1/3 lime juice and 1/3 apple cider vinegar and mix.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika and 1/cup of chopped cilantro and stir together until well combined.
  4. Taste for salt and spice and adjust if necessary.
  5. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes and stir again before serving.
Recipe Notes

If you don't have smoked paprika, I strongly suggest you get some! And for the meantime you can substitute chili powder.

If you don't care for cilantro, leave it out.

This dish can be a great topper for tacos, veggie burgers or even as a side dish to any meal.
